Starting April 1, 2026, as part of the transition to cashless fuel payments under Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-246 dated December 10, 2025, Garant bank JSC introduces a convenient solution — a bank card with preloaded funds.
With this promotion, you can:
— purchase the card directly at participating fuel stations using cash
— obtain the card at any Garant bank branch under the Uzcard Moment promotion
— activate it via the Bank’s mobile app
— instantly receive UZS 150,000
— pay for fuel quickly and seamlessly
The card is issued free of charge, and top-ups are commission-free. After the promotional funds are used, the card continues to function as a standard bank card.
