Inquiries to Garant bank in 2024-2025

From 2024 to 2025 Garant bank JSC processed a significant number of inquiries from clients. In 2024, a total of 54,389 inquiries were registered, covering topics such as obtaining loans, opening plastic cards, international money transfers, the operation of the mobile application, and mortgage lending. The virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan received 180 messages. The bank's call center recorded 54,209 calls from all corners of the country.

In the first quarter of 2025, the bank accepted 1,785 applications, of which 40 were submitted through the President's virtual reception. The bank's ERP email received 161 inquiries, and the call center documented 1,589 requests.
