Customer inquiries received by Garant bank in Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Garant bank received 16 881 customer inquiries, of which 38 were submitted via the President’s Virtual Reception, 9 through the Central Bank’s hotline, 12 via the bank’s official email address, 1 inquiry was received through the Prosecutor General’s Office hotline, and 16 821 inquiries were handled by the bank’s call center.

The highest number of inquiries was recorded at the bank’s branches and divisions in Bukhara, Samarkand, Ishtikhan, Urgench, Qibray, Gazalkent, as well as at the Tashkent City Operations Department.
